Burnet Ridge Cowboy Steak
1 3/4" bone-in Ribeye steak
Grape seed oil
Course Kosher Salt
Fresh Course Ground Pepper
Rub the meat with grape seed oil evenly coating the steak.
Sprinkle the steak with a light covering of course kosher
salt and course ground pepper. Allow the meat to come up to
room temperature. Cook the steaks over a hot charcoal fire for
12 - 20 miniutes. After cooking, cover the steak with aluminum
foil for 10 minutes.
Enjoy this with Purple Trillium or Three Kings Cabernet.
